Ross Wilson BVSc
Ross Wilson has been a veterinarian since 1972, and worked in his own mixed rural veterinary practice in Australia for 30 years.
Ross has been a passionate researcher in the field of plasma therapy in animals since 1996, and has developed licensed plasma products for use in the horses, alpacas, and dogs in Australia and New Zealand .
Ross heads up our ongoing research and development work in further developing and understanding the benefits of plasma in treating disease.
Rose Hill

Rose has been in the health and animal care industry for 36 years, beginning in biomedical engineering, then toxicology, and eventually settling into the equine field 24 years ago. She spent 5 years in a large equine practice in Southern California with Dr. Robert Baker who specialized in orthopedic surgery.
Rose then joined Dr. Derek Brook's practice and assisted in the establishment of Veterinary Dynamics Inc. becoming the Facility Manager of the veterinary biologics company as it became an industry leader in quality equine plasma products.
When Plasvacc Pty. Ltd. renewed the 19 year relationship with Veterinary Dynamics and purchased the company, Rose was retained as Business Manager.
Derek Brook DVM FRCVS
Derek is the father of modern plasma veterinary treatments it is his research and knowledge that has lead to great stride in the advancement in this form of treatment.
Derek has had a wide range of veterinary experience in the United States , United Kingdom and South Africa . Derek understands the equine industry and the care of the horse.
Derek was the founder of Veterinary Dynamics Inc in California in 1987 developing the company from a backyard business to a fully professional business employing 20 staff, selling plasma products in every state plus exporting to 10 different countries.
Derek passion is Plasma and to that end he has stayed on with Plasvacc as consultant and will be researching and developing other plasma products and refining scientific techniques.
Heather Alspach
Heather Alspach has been with Plasvacc USA , formerly Veterinary Dynamics Inc, since 1998. Heather has a great affinity and understanding of the equine industry and is a keen rider and horse lover.
Starting as a trainee Pheresing Technician, Heather worked her way up through the organisation to become the Production Manager in 2001.
Heather is in charge of recruitment, selection and staff training.
Heather also is head of the Plasma Donor Selection Program and member of Plasvacc Senior Management Committee.
Most importantly, Heather understands Plasvacc's plasma products and how they assist in the treatment of various ailments in animals.
Erica McNeal
Erica has been with our company since 1996, beginning briefly as a pheresis technician. She quickly moved into the shipping department where she was responsible for re-organizing our many freezers to maximize efficiency, including our first walk-in freezer in 1997. She moved into Customer Service in 1998 and has been cheerfully helping our clients ever since, including acting as a company representative at several annual AAEP conventions.
Erica graduated from California Polytechnic University , San Luis Obispo in 1995 with a Bachelors degree in Animal Science. Since then she has continued to learn and grow by taking classes in Accounting, Graphic Design, Education and various computer programs. She strives for ultimate customer satisfaction.
